Aersud Elicotteri represents the Eurocopter Group in Italy and some other countries. Eurocopter is market leader in the helicopter sector and belongs to EADS, the largest aeronautic group in Europe (EADS - European Aeronautic Defence and Space Company - see market section). Aersud Elicotteri is involved in the diffusion of helicopters, with particular attention to the evolution of new norms which guarantee increasing safety standards, and the increasing liberalisation of flights. Customer Satisfaction is Aersud Elicotteri’s main objective and as a result clients are advised carefully during the initial choice when searching for the most suitable helicopter, and also during other stages such as contracts, finance, insurance and initial flights.
